Shipping Information

We are unable to modify shipping addresses once your order has been placed and handed over to USPS for shipping. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order.

We strive to send the jewelry out as soon as possible and many of our signature pieces are in stock. Please expect shipping to be 3-4 weeks. If you need a piece to be rushed we can do so for a small extra fee please email, info@masbisjoux.com.  

All international orders are shipped USPS INTERNATIONAL, there is a flat rate of $50 for all international orders being shipped outside of the United States.

Please email info@masbisjoux.com if you have a specific shipment request, or require a signature. We will do our best to assist you and ensure your Magix reaches you safely and quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that once an order has been placed on our MAS Bisjoux E-Commerce site, we are not able to modify, or cancel your order. All sales are final.

All sale items are FINAL sale. We do not do any exchanges or returns. For full priced items, we work hard to ensure our customers happiness, if not totally satisfied with your piece, or size we can do an exchange on a case by case basis. The piece must be exchanged within 5-7 days of receipt, and be in perfect condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
